Facilitation is something many of us are called on to do in our day-to-day work as we lead meetings, manage projects, or organize people to get work done. However, many of us don’t know how and end up faking it until we make it. We teach group facilitation methods called Technology of Participation (ToP) that aims to help groups come to consensus on where they are, why they are there, where they would like to be, and what they will do together to help them get where they need to go. The methods allow for meaningful and engaging experiences no matter the situation and desired outcomes.
